Is the driver included in every price?
Yes. Every booking includes a professional English speaking driver. You do not need a Moroccan driving license and you never drive yourself.
Can I rent a car without a driver?
No. Drive Morocco is a private driver service, not a self-drive rental. Fuel, tolls, insurance and driver are all included.
What is the difference between full day and transfer rates?
A transfer is a one-way ride within the same city, for example airport to hotel or hotel to hotel. A full day is the driver at your disposal for up to 8 hours with unlimited stops. Both include driver, fuel, tolls and insurance.
Do the prices include fuel and tolls?
Yes. Fuel, road tolls, comprehensive insurance, bottled water, and hotel or airport pickup are always included in every rate.
How many hours per day does the driver work?
Up to 8 hours per day is included in the full day rate. For longer days, a small overtime fee applies per extra hour.
What is the cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 7 days before pickup. Between 3 and 7 days, a 50% fee applies. Less than 3 days is non-refundable.
