Can I rent a car without a driver?
No. Drive Morocco is a private driver service, not a self-drive rental. Fuel, tolls, insurance and driver are all included.
What is the difference between full day and transfer rates?
A transfer is a one-way ride within the same city, for example airport to hotel or hotel to hotel. A full day is the driver at your disposal for up to 8 hours with unlimited stops. Both include driver, fuel, tolls and insurance.
Do the prices include fuel and tolls?
Yes. Fuel, road tolls, comprehensive insurance, bottled water, and hotel or airport pickup are always included in every rate.
How many hours per day does the driver work?
Up to 8 hours per day is included in the full day rate. For longer days, a small overtime fee applies per extra hour.
What is the cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 15 days before pickup. Between 7 and 14 days, you are refunded 50%. Less than 7 days is non-refundable.

What does Morocco use instead of Uber?
Uber is available again: it left Morocco in 2018 and came back at the end of 2025 in the main cities, working only with vehicles from licensed tourist transport companies. Other ride-hailing apps are used in the big cities, but their coverage and legal status vary.
