Our Services

We provide private chauffeur services and personalized tours across Morocco. Every booking includes a professional English-speaking driver, a maintained premium vehicle, fuel, road tolls, comprehensive insurance and bottled water. Accommodation, meals, monument entrance fees, local guides and tips are excluded unless explicitly stated in your quote.

Booking Process

Bookings start with a request through our forms or messaging channels. We confirm availability and send a tailored quote. The booking becomes binding only when you confirm in writing (email or WhatsApp) and any agreed deposit is received. Until then, prices and availability are indicative and may change.

Pricing

Tour prices are quoted in EUR per vehicle, not per person. Car with driver rates are also quoted in EUR per day. The full day rate covers up to 8 hours of actual driving per day. This limit refers to time on the road and not to the driver's availability, as the chauffeur remains at your disposal throughout the day. Any additional driving time is agreed in advance and billed separately at the agreed rate. All prices include fuel, tolls, insurance, hotel or airport pickup and drop off and bottled water. Prices shown for our set tours are fixed. Car rates are displayed as a starting "from" price, based on a single transfer such as an airport pickup or a trip within the same city, and vary with the distance covered. Custom tours are quoted on request, calculated from the intercity transfer distances and the estimated number of days spent in each city.

Payment

Payment terms are agreed in your individual quote. We typically accept bank transfer, cash on arrival or other arrangements agreed in writing. Invoices are issued on request and comply with Moroccan tax law.

Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation up to 15 days before pickup or departure. Cancellations 7 to 14 days before: 50% refund. Cancellations less than 7 days before: non-refundable. Re-scheduling is free of charge subject to availability. If we have to cancel for force majeure reasons, you receive a full refund or a re-scheduled service at no extra cost.

Client Responsibilities

You agree to be at the pickup point at the agreed time, provide a valid identification document at the driver's request, behave respectfully toward the driver and other passengers, and not transport illegal items in the vehicle. Aggressive, threatening or disruptive behaviour toward the driver, as well as the consumption of illegal drugs in the vehicle, is grounds for immediate termination of the trip without refund. For safety reasons, the driver may also refuse to continue the service if a passenger's conduct puts the driver, the passengers or the vehicle at risk.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the booked service except in cases of gross negligence or wilful misconduct. We are not liable for force majeure events (extreme weather, civil unrest, road closures, strikes), for losses caused by your own actions, or for indirect or consequential damages. We carry comprehensive insurance covering passengers during the trip.

All content on drivemorocco.com (text, photos, logos, design) is the property of One Prose or its licensors and is protected by copyright. You may not copy, redistribute or use it for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco.

Disputes

Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably will be submitted to the competent courts of Tangier, Morocco. If you are a consumer based in the European Union, you also keep the protections of the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms occasionally. The last update date is shown at the top of this page. Changes apply to bookings made after the publication date; previous bookings remain governed by the terms in force at the time of confirmation.
