Like every airport in Morocco, Menara is operated by ONDA, the national airports office. Its website publishes flight information and passenger notices, useful to check before you leave for the airport.
No train reaches the airport. Marrakech train station, with services to Casablanca and Rabat, is 10 to 15 minutes away by car, and we can take you straight there.

Is this a private transfer or a shuttle?
Private, every time. The car is reserved for you and the people travelling with you, and it leaves when you are ready. We do not operate shuttles.
My flight to Marrakech is late. Will the driver still be there?
Yes. We follow your flight and move the pickup to the real arrival time, and up to one hour of waiting after landing is included. If the flight is cancelled or you miss a connection, send us a WhatsApp message and we set a new time.
Where do I meet my driver at Marrakech Menara Airport?
At the arrivals exit, once you have collected your bags and passed customs. Your driver holds a sign with your name. If you do not see it, call or message us on WhatsApp and we guide you to each other.
Can the car reach the door of my riad in the medina?
Not always. Most alleys of the medina are closed to cars, so we drop you at the closest authorized point, where the porter from your riad meets you and carries the luggage. Send us the name of the riad so the driver knows the right gate.
Is the fare charged per person or per vehicle?
Per vehicle. You get one price for the car, with driver, fuel, tolls and insurance included, and it does not change with the number of passengers on board.
When and how do I pay?
Payment terms come with your quote. We usually accept bank transfer or cash on arrival, and an invoice is available on request.
Do you have child seats for families landing in Marrakech?
Yes. Baby seats, child seats and boosters are free of charge on request. Give us the children's ages when you book and the seats are in place when you land.
Can I go straight from Marrakech airport to Essaouira, Agadir or the Atlas?
Yes. Your driver leaves from the terminal for any destination. Essaouira is about 2 hours 30 to 3 hours away, Agadir about 3 hours and Imlil about 1 hour 30. Transfers between cities are quoted per route.
Do you drive to Agafay desert camps and Palmeraie resorts?
Yes, every day. The Palmeraie is 25 to 35 minutes from the airport and the Agafay camps 40 to 50 minutes. The last stretch to some camps is a track, so tell us the name of your camp and we send a suitable vehicle.
Can you also take me back to the airport at the end of my stay?
Yes. We pick you up at your riad, hotel or villa and time the departure so you arrive well ahead of check-in. Give us your flight time and we propose a pickup time.
Which vehicle should I choose for my group?
The Mercedes E-Class takes up to 3 passengers. The Mercedes Vito and the V-Class carry up to 7 each, which suits families and small groups, and the Sprinter minibus seats up to 12. Not sure? Tell us how many suitcases you bring and we recommend one.
Can I book for a night flight, and how early should I do it?
Transfers run 24 hours a day, every day of the year, so late-night arrivals and dawn departures are fine. Book as soon as you have your flight details. Last-minute requests are welcome whenever a vehicle is free.
