Is the driver included in the price?
Yes. Every booking includes a professional English speaking driver. You do not need a Moroccan driving license and you do not drive yourself.
Can I rent this car without a driver?
No. Drive Morocco is a private driver service, not a self-drive rental. The driver, fuel, insurance, and tolls are all included in every rate.
What does the transfer price include?
The flat rate covers a one-way transfer within the same city, for example airport to hotel, train station to riad, or hotel to hotel. It includes the driver, fuel, tolls, insurance, luggage handling, and up to one hour of waiting time on arrival. Intercity transfers (Marrakech to Casablanca, Fes to Chefchaouen, etc.) are quoted separately based on the route.
Is there a kilometer limit included in the daily rate?
Yes. The daily rate includes up to 150 km. If your itinerary goes beyond that, extra kilometers are billed at a small per-km rate. We review your plan before the trip and let you know upfront if an overage applies, so there are no surprises.
How many hours per day does the driver work?
Up to 8 hours per day is included. For longer days, we quote a small overtime fee per extra hour. Overnight stays for the driver are included on multi-day trips.
Can I add child seats?
Yes. Baby, child, and booster seats are available on request at no extra charge. Please tell us the ages at booking.
What is the cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 7 days before pickup. Between 3 and 7 days, a 50% fee applies. Less than 3 days is non-refundable.
