Our concierge takes all of them off your hands. You tell us your dates, who is travelling and what you enjoy. We propose a plan, you change what you like, and once you confirm we book everything in your name and send you one quote that lists each item.

From then on you have one contact. The driver who meets you knows where you are staying, the hotel knows when you arrive, and a dinner moved to another night is one message, not five. Our team has more than 12 years of experience in the sector, and it shows in the details.

We book the hotel or riad that suits you, from a palace hotel to a riad of a few rooms in the medina, and we tell them about you before you arrive: the time you land, the beds the children need, an anniversary, what you do not eat.

Your driver brings you to the entrance and your luggage goes in with you. In a medina, where cars cannot enter, the driver stops at the closest authorized point and the porter of your riad takes your bags from there.

Fast Track on Arrival in Marrakech

The queue at passport control is often the first hour of a trip to Marrakech. With the fast track, an agent meets you inside the terminal, walks you through passport control and customs by the fast lane and takes you to your driver, who has followed your flight. It is offered at Marrakech Menara airport only.

What does your luxury concierge service in Morocco include?

Everything around your stay: the hotel or riad, the tables, private dinners, a private chef, spa and hammam, private shopping, events, villas, private flights and yachts, excursions and tours, with a private driver for every move. You choose what you need, from one restaurant booking to a whole stay.

Do you book the hotels and restaurants yourselves?

Yes. For a concierge stay we book the hotels, riads, tables and experiences in your name, and everything goes into one written quote. You do not have to deal with each place separately.

How much does the concierge cost?

Each stay is quoted on request, because no two are alike. Your quote lists every item on its own line: the vehicle and driver, each booking and each service. Our set tours keep the price shown on their page.

Can I add the concierge to one of your tours?

Yes. The tour keeps its price, which covers the vehicle, the driver, fuel and tolls. We then book the hotels, riads, camps, tables and experiences along the route and add them to your quote.

Is the fast track available at every airport?

No, only at Marrakech Menara airport. At the other airports your driver follows your flight and waits for you at the exit of the arrivals hall, with up to one hour of waiting after landing included.

Can you organise a wedding, a proposal or a company event?

Yes. We coordinate the cars, the decoration and the providers, and we drive your guests between the hotel and the venue. Tell us the date, the city and the number of guests, and we propose how to do it.

How far in advance should I contact you?

As early as you can. The most sought-after hotels and tables fill up weeks ahead in high season, and early planning gives you the widest choice. For a short stay a few days can be enough, depending on availability.

What happens if I change my plans or cancel?

Tell us as soon as possible and we handle it with each place. Hotels, restaurants and other providers keep their own conditions, which we give you in writing before we book. Our vehicles and drivers follow our Terms: free cancellation up to 15 days before the service.

Who is my contact during the stay?

Our team, 24/7, on WhatsApp, by phone or by email, from your first message until the drive back to the airport. Changes, new ideas and last-minute requests all go through the same contact.

Do you provide a guide as well as a driver?

Your driver knows the roads and the country. Inside the medinas and the monuments, a licensed local guide is a premium extra on request, and our two day trips include one for four hours.
